Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by Sparkco, an electrical service and rental company operating in surat India.
1. Company Information
Sparkco provides electrical services and equipment rental. By using our services, customers agree to these terms.
2. Scope of Services
Electrical installation, repair, maintenance, and rental of fans, Mixer, decorative lights, coolers, and related electrical equipment.
3. Service Booking
Bookings can be made via phone, WhatsApp, Website or in person. All services are subject to availability. Sparkco may refuse service in unsafe conditions.
4. Pricing & Payments
Charges are communicated before confirmation. Payments must be made immediately after service completion unless agreed otherwise. Payment modes: Cash, UPI, Bank Transfer.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations may not be refundable. Rental advances are non-refundable unless stated.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must ensure safe access, proper electrical conditions, and careful use of rented equipment. Damages due to misuse will be charged. Customer should provide ladder or any other accessories if require to technician.
7. Rental Terms
Rental duration and charges are agreed at booking. Equipment must be returned in good condition. Loss, theft, or damage beyond normal wear will be charged.
8. Company Responsibilities
Services are provided by trained personnel. Any service issues must be reported within 24 hours.
9. Warranty Disclaimer
No warranty is provided unless specified. Misuse, voltage fluctuation, water damage, or external causes are not covered.
10. Limitation of Liability
Sparkco is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service or rental.
11. Force Majeure
Sparkco is not responsible for delays due to natural disasters, power failures, government actions, or other uncontrollable events.
12. Termination of Service
Sparkco may refuse or terminate service for non-payment, safety concerns, or violation of these terms.
13. Privacy Policy
Customer data is used only for service purposes and not shared except as required by law.
14. Jurisdiction
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
15. Changes to Terms
Sparkco may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms apply immediately.
16. Return of Standby
Once the Customer's Equipment has been repaired and returned to the Customer, the Standby Equipment must be returned to Sparkco, whether repaired or not.
